Job Description
Position: Content Evaluation Specialist (Journalism / Communications)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $ 10 - $16/hr
Location: Delhi, India
Commitment: 10 to 40 hours per week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI generated written content for clarity, coherence, tone, and guideline compliance.
- Execute scripted and exploratory tests to assess AI responses across diverse subject areas.
- Apply structured labeling and evaluation frameworks with precision and consistency.
- Identify patterns, trends, and quality gaps and document observations in a clear, structured manner.
- Maintain neutrality and confidentiality while reviewing sensitive or complex content.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment and consistency across evaluators.
- Contribute actively to team discussions and continuous improvement of evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or final year enrollment in Journalism, Media Studies, Communications, English Literature, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and spoken English with strong comprehension and analytical reading skills.
- Proven ability to analyze media messaging and assess audience impact objectively.
- Strong attention to detail with sound critical thinking and judgment.
- Experience applying structured evaluation or content review frameworks.
- Ability to remain impartial and unbiased across a wide range of topics, including sensitive material.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
